Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences tailored to toddlers' developmental needs, promote positive behavior, and support early literacy and motor skills. Your enthusiasm will help cultivate a joyful classroom environment where young children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote play based learning and social skills. Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among toddlers. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, play-based learning, and routine care. Support children's behavioral management through positive reinforcement strategies and individualized attention. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in child welfare practices and classroom management techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress and classroom activities. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in an early education environment or preschool setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development for toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to manage a classroom environment using effective behavior management techniques.
