We are currently seeking a Toddler Teacher, a Twos Teacher, a Preschool Teacher , an Assistant Teacher, and a School Age Teacher/Van Driver for our Rosedale location. All candidates must be creative, professional, enthusiastic and motivated. We are looking for candidates that have high standards and believe that the care and education they provide is invaluable. All of our team members work to create a classroom environment that promotes cognitive, social/ emotional, and creative development in each individual child. You must be willing to partner with parents to support the child through their infant and preschool years.

Required qualifications are:

Center Director Demonstrated experience managing state or federally funded early childhood grant programs (MSDE Pre-K Expansion/Blueprint preferred).

• Strong knowledge of MSDE licensing, Maryland EXCELS standards, and Pre-K grant compliance.
• Proven ability to monitor documentation and maintain audit-ready files.
• Experience supervising instructional staff and ensuring alignment with curriculum and classroom quality expectations.
• Ability to analyze attendance, enrollment, and performance data to meet grant targets.
• Experience developing corrective action plans and quality improvement strategies.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with grant specialists and state representatives Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or Bachelors Degree in any field with:
• 90 clock hour certification
• 45 clock hour infant/ toddler certification
• 45 clock hour school age certification
• 45 clock hour Directors Administration certification
• 9 HR.
