: Reading and writing at Basic levels, Math at basic level (averages and additions), , Able to read Blue Prints/Plans is a plus, Experience with load pick lists. Must be energetic and self motivated.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

: Position is Yard Crew entry level position Material Handler is part of a 3 member team Material handler will be trained to do pre operation inspection on Rigging Equipment in order to Inspect rigging equipment each morning Work with Crew Leader in identified product to be loaded on trailers off pick list. Must learn hand signals to guide cane towards product to be pulled in crew leaders absence Rig panels to be lifted constantly communicating with Crane operator Prepare trailer for product, placing timbers in appropriate Assure timbers and product is secure, making adjustments when necessary Learn how to mark up load Work as a team player assisting other team member when necessary Actively participate in companies 6S, Lean and Safety Programs

TRAINING

General Safety Orientation, Overhead Crane and Rigging, Power Tool Safety Training, Production Associate Safety Training.
