Ready to lead high-impact tooling programs and shape the future of manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Manager-Engineer with stamping experience to support our Procurement organization, overseeing multi-million-dollar tooling across its full lifecycle-from pre-production through service, including engineering changes, refurbishment, and relocations. This position is located onsite at International WHQ in Lisle, IL. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end tooling process, including financials, design reviews, construction, try-outs, commissioning, and build support to ensure cost, quality, and timing targets are met. You will partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure program success, while also managing procurement, planning, inventory, and vendor performance.
