Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at ProtoTech in Washington, NC. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring quality control standards are met. They will also be involved in staff management, training, and budget planning. Qualifications Strong leadership and managerial skills Ability to adapt quickly and move resources around. Experience in fiberglass manufacturing and composite tooling. Experience in operations management and process optimization Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficiency in project management software (microsoft project) Previous experience in composite engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
