OUR SERVICES & STANDARD

We specialize in: High-end blonding + dimensional color Lived-in color and grey coverage Transformational color work Precision cutting + styling Advanced treatments (K18, detox, bond repair) Extensions (growing demand) We are a Redken-based salon , meaning: Consistency in results Education-backed formulas No guessing, no chaos What we don't do: No "anything goes" color mixing No lack of structure No unmanaged client experience Everything is intentional — and it shows.

COMPENSATION

We offer a hybrid pay structure (hourly + commission, whichever is higher) Established stylists typically earn: $25-$35/hr Top earners: $40-$50+/hr
