Flatbed Full Job Description Job Summary:

(Overnight Shift Only) We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in towing vehicles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide essential roadside assistance services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents,
• Load and unload vehicles onto the flatbed tow truck
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients in distress
• Drive safely and efficiently to reach destinations promptly
• Utilize conflict management skills when dealing with challenging situations

Qualifications:

• Valid

CHAUFFEUR

driver's license with a clean driving record

• Prior experience in towing or operating a flatbed tow truck preferred
• Strong customer service skills to assist individuals in stressful situations
• Knowledge of automotive repair basics for on-the-spot assistance
