9pm-7am (6 days a week) Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become a vital part of providing prompt, reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. In this energetic role, you'll operate specialized tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at all times. Your mechanical aptitude and driving expertise will help you navigate various situations with confidence, making a real difference for motorists in need. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or parking violations Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage or mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and service calls for record-keeping and reporting purposes Perform basic automotive repairs or diagnostics when necessary to facilitate vehicle recovery or minor fixes on-site Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics Proficiency in operating tow trucks, flatbeds, forklifts, and other related equipment Knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques for various vehicle types Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to assist clients effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to apply their mechanical expertise and driving skills in a rewarding environment.
