Tow Truck Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Perform vehicle loading and unloading with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively. Utilize conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism and calmness. Demonstrate proficiency in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles as required. Apply automotive diagnostics skills to assess vehicle conditions when necessary. Assist with minor automotive repairs or mechanical issues as needed during towing operations. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving tow trucks is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy loads as required. Previous experience in towing or roadside assistance is an advantage but not mandatory.
