Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tower Climber/Tender/ROV and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing water infrastructure. In this energetic role, you will ascend water tower structures to inspect, repair and assist diver crew. This paid position offers exciting opportunities to work outdoors, operate heavy equipment, and develop specialized skills in the municipal water industry infrastructure. Responsibilities Safely climb towers, utilizing climbing gear and safety protocols to access elevated work sites Inspect coatings, collect data with photographic equipment and video Operate ROV equipment to collect data to compile reports Assist Dive crew in access points Use hand tools and power tools to complete construction tasks related to electrical wiring and equipment installation Follow safety procedures rigorously during all climbing activities and equipment handling to prevent accidents Skills Ability to learn new skills sets/On the Job Training provided Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately Climbing proficiency with proper safety harnesses and fall protection technique Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety compliance Embark on a career that combines technical expertise with outdoor adventure!
