Featured Town Manager Town of Juno Beach, FL Juno Beach is a unique community with natural beauty that is hard to surpass. The Town encompasses an area of 2.65 square miles, of which 569 acres (33%) comprise the Juno Dunes Natural Area which is overseen by Palm Beach County for preservation. Residents are drawn to the Town for its seaside charm and smalltown feel. Juno Beach is widely regarded as a very welcoming and safe community. The Juno Beach Town Council is seeking a seasoned Manager with significant experience in municipal government leadership. The individual will be not only a leader, but a partner, a supporter, and a trusted advisor. The individual will be a consensus-builder who knows how to help everyone get to yes and will work closely with the Council to implement its priorities. The individual will be an expert in consensus building and transparent communication with Elected Officials, Town Staff, and residents. This position requires graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration or related field. A master's degree in public or business administration is a plus. Desired qualifications include at least seven to 10 years of direct municipal experience in a similarly sized organization as a Manager or Administrator. Florida experience is preferred as is experience working in a coastal community and with natural catastrophes. The target salary range is $200,000 to $250,000 and will depend on qualifications and experience. Benefits are excellent.
