We are looking to hire a full-time, Tractor Technician to join our team! Ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent. Diesel mechanic experience preferred. Service Technician experience required. Kubota experience preferred. Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, and hand-eye coordination due to nature of job. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Customer service skills and basic computer competencies Must be able to work weekends. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license due to required travel. Employer conducts motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities :

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership. Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipment Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
