• Full-time We're seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tractors and heavy equipment, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to perform various maintenance tasks. Will train the right candidate. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Duties
• Maintain and repair a variety of equipment including tractors, skid steers, backhoes, front loaders and more.
• Perform heavy lifting and tire service as needed
• Assemble, weld, and transmit parts when necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Perform winter checks and regular maintenance efficiently and thoroughly Skills
• Experience in dealership or similar setting preferred
• Proficient in equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to weld and assemble parts effectively
• Knowledge of diesel equipment preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
