Full Job Description Position Responsibilities :

Partners with cross-funtional teams on annual business planning and performance management for national and regional retail chains for multiple suppliers Serve as the supplier brand conduit in building commercial programming and pricing strategies in partnership with RGM, identifying key market risks and opportunities to accelerate brand performance Stewards retail business forecasting with RGM Forecasting Manager and Account Team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, product availability, and elite OTIF scores Coordinate with supplier on sales tools (point of sale), including the order processes, warehouse routing, communication, and distribution to retail accounts Deploy and track key performance indicators across display, distribution, revenue, margin, and share across all California sales teams Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 9 plus years of experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's Degree
