Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Sales Process Leader to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic improvement within our sales operations. This pivotal role involves leading process optimization initiatives, the successful execution of all phases of the Sales Process to include Order Entry, Complex Order Review and Planning, and Recovery Planning . A successful candidate will provide project management expertise to foster continuous improvement in our trade sales process, ensuring department profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Duties Act as a Sales Process mentor and trainer for all Trade Sales Representatives. Topical areas include, but are not limited to: Product Knowledge, Navigating PQM, Salesforce, AutomateWorks, Paws; manage and maintain accuracy in all systems.

Fulfillment and Sales Team:
Review Sales contracts to observe technical accuracy, completeness and conformity to company policies. Ensure that sufficient and complete information is included in sales and contract communications. Inputting Digital documents in Salesforce for documentation. Coordinate with Field Services Leader and Order Fulfillment Leader and recommend timely corrective actions on customer complaints and project recoveries.
Reporting:
Create reports to determine ways to improve efficiency in all areas Determine work processes and procedures to improve workflow and communications Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of Sales Representatives Create reports to give feedback to individuals on their performance Monitor team and individual performance on errors, FTC and other metrics deemed important to the success of the division.
Product and Procedure Knowledge:
Learn all Sales and Service programs (AutomateWorks, PAWS, PQM, OMS, Sales Force, PIES) and be able to effectively use and coach team on each of them. Stay current on all product, production, and operating procedures and be knowledgeable of each department and its respective duties Take any required educational classes to improve product/process knowledge.
Field Sales Review:
Participate in complex sales calls when they require work items outside of standard pricing models. Help develop pricing and scope of work on these projects. Will need to work closely with Fulfillment leaders to ensure that we are staying within teams' capabilities and capacity.
Recovery:
Be involved in major recovery projects and assist sales in timely and urgent communications to help expedite quick resolutions. Ensure that Sales is responding in a timely fashion to Sales-related concerns or problems that need Sales/Customer input.
