In this role, you'll help shape event strategy, elevate brand presence, manage budgets, and coordinate engaging experiences that strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. About the Role Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and company events, including obtaining graphics, promotional materials, display and demonstration products, as well as managing shipment, return logistics, and event deliverables. Secure event amenities and accommodations while handling vendor coordination and contract negotiations to support successful trade shows and company events. Maintain a complete company event calendar by tracking schedules, logistics, associated expenses, deadlines, and resource requirements to ensure seamless execution. Assist in the development of annual trade show and event plans, including budget inputs, strategic scheduling, event recommendations, and alignment with organizational goals. Partner with internal departments, sales teams, vendors, and external partners to support marketing initiatives, campaign objectives, and consistent brand presentation that promotes Barrett products and services. About You You are a highly organized and creative event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects at once. You have strong communication and coordination skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with vendors, internal teams, and external partners. Passionate about delivering exceptional trade shows and events, you take pride in creating professional brand experiences that support business growth and customer engagement. 2-3 years of relevant experience in trade show management, event coordination, project coordination, logistics management, or related fields required . Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, project management, or restaurant and hotel management preferred. Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to trade shows, event coordination, logistics, budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost management. Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under short deadlines. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to professionally represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities. Highly organized, extremely detail oriented, and able to maintain confidential information; basic experience with design, layout, illustrations, graphics, and photos preferred.
