Tradesman / Handyman

Donovan Property Service Inc, is seeking an experienced drain cleaner and handyman with plumbing, electric, general repair experience to join our maintenance team. As a handyman you will ensure that all facilities are well maintained and meet all safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for basic buildings repairs such as plumbing, drain cleaning, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and HVAC and other building related systems. Not necessarily have experience in all of above. Address work order repairs and to report to the office the status of such repairs. Perform seasonal maintenance including snow removal as needed About You You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are a reliable and skillful maintenance professional with strong hands on experience. You have at least 2 years experience in a handyman role You have plumbing experience Have experience in multiple trades You have a current valid Driver's license You are able to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions You can work independently or as a part of team. Must be willing to work beyond standard work day for emergencies or to complete jobs. Preferred if you have your own personal vehicle and tools
