Get ready to unearth your true potential and dig into the exciting world of HEI Civil! We are looking to hire an experienced Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team! The successful candidate will have a great deal of physical and mental stamina able to withstand long hours. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
Control the flow of traffic. Assist with placing equipment/barricades/traffic cones. Follow supervisor directions as assigned. Regular walks of job sites to review set-up quality and safety. Safety conscious, proficient with directions, communication, and general math. Implement traffic control plans. Set up and take down per MHT's, MUTCD, and CDOT's M&S Standards. Continue learning and strengthening skills. Hands-on, self-sufficient and demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude. Overtime, Night, and Weekend work may be required. Flagging may be required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Be at least 18 years of age. Basic understanding of safe work practices. Valid Colorado driver's license and have a clean MVR. No major motor violations in the past 3 years. Professional communication, proficient conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive/work in Denver and surrounding areas. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Ability and skill to work alone.Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED (preferred).Experience:
Current CCA or ATSSA certification with past TCS experience.Salary:
