As a Traffic Control Technician, your responsibilities will include: Assembling, delivering and picking up traffic control equipment Establishing new work zones Maintaining on-going work zones Setting up lane and road closure, detours Installing temporary pavement markings Understanding the importance of

standards Traffic Control Flagger - Standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions Compliance with all safety regulations and procedures is mandatory As a Barricade Flasher Service Inc. employee, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lifting, carrying, loading, unloading and towing traffic control equipment (message boards, arrow boards, barrels, barricades, signs, etc.). Installing, maintaining, and picking up jobsites to maintain safe roadways and pedestrian traffic. Repair equipment, assemble signs, load trailers and all other shop work to prepare delivery of traffic control equipment Travel statewide with an occasional overnight stays or weekends as required by contract Ability to read and write clearly including maps and road signs Work varying shifts, nights, weekends, and rotational on call shift Perform other work-related duties as assigned Potential Growth Opportunities could include operating company equipment (Truck Mounted Attenuator, Paint Truck, Water Blaster, Bucket/Lift Truck, skid loader, etc.) The ideal candidate must have the following skills and qualifications: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to walk long distances Good oral and written communication skills Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards Strong problem-solving skills and time management Must pass a motor vehicle records check and maintain a valid driver's license and excellent driving record at all times.
