Position Overview:

Flagger / Traffic Controller Safety is our business. In this role, you will: Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades Perform two‑way flagging using stop/slow paddles Control traffic flow to ensure public and worker safety Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment Complete reports and perform related duties as needed Job Requirements Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years) with a clean motor vehicle record Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Availability during business hours; nights/weekends as required on an on‑call schedule Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6-12 hours per day English proficiency for clear safety communication Ability to pass a drug test (including THC/marijuana testing) Able to work both independently and as part of a team Must be 18 years of age or older
