Ensure shipping and receiving loads covered, scheduled, and moving.

Position Requirements:

Must be well spoken and have the ability to communicate well. Must have the ability to work well with others. Must be able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and able to keep files as needed. Ability to dispatch to drivers as needed. Job Duties Include, but not limited to: Watch trucking schedule to not overlook times. Work with outside carriers to cover needed loads inbound and outbound. Consolidate inventory to lower costs with fewer pickups. Solve problems. Schedule loads. Dispatch SST trucks. Review mill inbound material and schedule. Creating customs documents. Build full truck load shipments based on customer orders. Coordinates with production to ensure scheduled coils are on site to slit.
