Trailer Mechanic / Technician

What You'll Do Diagnose and repair commercial trailers (dry van, reefer, flatbed, chassis) Perform DOT trailer inspections and PM services accurately and efficiently Repair brakes, suspension, axles, landing gear, doors, floors, roofs, and structural components Troubleshoot air systems, ABS, lighting, wiring, and electrical issues What We're Looking For 2+ years of trailer repair technician experience (more is better) Strong mechanical and structural repair skills Comfortable with air brakes, ABS, and electrical diagnostics Welding/fabrication experience is a big plus Reliable, shows up on time, and takes ownership of the job Compensation Base $25-35 per hour + productivity upside Full benefits package - 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life insurance, PTO Consistent hours, steady fleet work, and leadership support Why join us?
