Duties Operate the indoor train safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth rides for all guests Provide exceptional guest service by greeting visitors warmly, answering questions, and assisting with boarding procedures Manage event-related activities such as special themed rides or seasonal celebrations to enhance guest experiences Handle cash transactions accurately when selling tickets or souvenirs Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the train area and surrounding attractions Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly with professionalism and positive communication Collaborate with team members to coordinate large groups, manage crowd flow, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Experience working with children and providing guest services in entertainment or resort environments Ability to operate cash handling systems accurately and responsibly Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response skills Comfortable with public speaking and engaging audiences of all ages in a lively setting Knowledge of food service or theater environments is beneficial for coordinating themed events or performances Must be energetic, reliable, and able to stand for extended periods while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us in creating joyful moments for our guests while developing your skills in a vibrant indoor entertainment setting!
