- Newark, DE
- The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- + Partner with R D leadership, EHS, Quality, and Facilities Maintenance Teams to identify training needs, align training programs with operational and regulatory requirements, and assign relevant classroom, hands-on, and/or computer-based training modules based on roles.

- + Associate's Degree (or higher) in a relevant field (science, engineering, business, training, or office administration) + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting training programs in technical, laboratory, or regulated environments + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and PDF software + Experience with learning management systems (LMS), preferably within a laboratory, R D, or industrial setting + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams + Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously •The following is•_preferred_•for this role:•+ Bachelor's degree in scientific, technical, or training-related discipline + Experience developing and implementing training programs in R D, laboratory, pilot plant, maintenance, or highly regulated environments + Experience with compliance and audit processes for training documentation + Knowledge of lab safety and workplace safety (e.
