; Posting Details Position Information Job Category Research Corp Position Title Training Program Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator Working Title Training Program Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator Scheduled Hours Per Week Salary FLSA Status Exempt Job Summary Job Summary Seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time staff member in Athens, WV. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the evaluation process of child welfare training programs, collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, and using findings to improve future training programs for child welfare professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant work experience, and expertise in public child welfare programs. This position requires knowledge of Title IV-E regulations, research and evaluation methodologies, and database management to support programmatic and operational goals Duties and Responsibilities Duty/Responsibility
  • Conduct annual assessments and ongoing evaluations of child welfare training programs.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting training impacts and feedback.
  • Manage and ensure compliance of training records with federal and state requirements.
% of Time 100% Education/Knowledge Minimum Education Master's Required Licenses/Certification Master degree in social work (MSW) or a related field with at least three (3) years of experience in public child welfare programs. OR Bachelor degree with at least five (5) years of experience in public child welfare programs. Required Skills Knowledge and understanding of Title IV-E regulations. Proficiency in research and evaluation methodologies. Expertise in database management and reporting systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Required Experience Type of experience Needed Knowledge and understanding of Title IV-E regulations.
