About The Easy Home Buyer We are a local, family-owned real estate investing company — not agents. Since 2019, we've grown to a team of 19 passionate people and are on track to close over 200 homes this year through wholesales, flips, rentals, and more. We're a tight-knit team that values growth, hard work, and having fun together while making a real impact in our communities. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate investment company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple files, and love keeping moving pieces organized, this could be the perfect role for you. The Easy Home Buyer is the largest and fastest-growing residential real estate investment company in the Spokane/CDA area. We currently average 15-25 closings per month and are looking to add a Transaction Coordinator as we continue to grow. This role is responsible for ensuring closings happen on time and that every seller has an exceptional experience throughout the title and escrow process. You will prepare and review documents, coordinate with title companies, attorneys, sellers, and buyers, and keep our CRM and tracking systems updated so the team always knows where each property stands. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions without constant oversight. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing company, communicates well, and values personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison between title/escrow and Seller Draft contracts, addendums, assignments, and other various documents Organization of files and systems Line up Inspections and signings Daily update of Master Spreadsheet and CRM Weekly update to the Office of all properties Coordinate insurance and funding for properties Interface with vendors and suppliers (title companies, lenders, inspections, etc) Special projects and any other duties or responsibilities as needed
