- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 4 Years experience as a registered nurse in critical care, emergency services, or case management Req or
- 1 year transfer center experience within the last year required
- 1 year THR transfer center experience within the last year preferred
- RN required upon hire What You Will Do Coordinates and facilitates patient transfers following the Transfer Center's process flow and higher level of care requirements Collects clinical information to determine patient's level of care.
