## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities The Industrial Transformation Manager leads strategic initiatives to drive digital and operational transformation in manufacturing and industrial environments. This role focuses on implementing Industry technologies, optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The manager collaborates with site leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align transformation efforts with business objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and integrate advanced technologies such as automation, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects to analyze, redesign, and optimize manufacturing operations, workflows, and business processes for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Drive the adoption of Industry technologies, including machine learning, AI, predictive maintenance, and automation to boost production, reduce downtime, and enable real-time visibility.
  • Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, business process reengineering, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with the overall business and operating plans.
  • Analyze production data, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure ROI of initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scoping, resource allocation, risk mitigation, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training programs, communication, and cultural shifts to ensure successful adoption.
  • Mentor and develop teams (e.g., industrial engineers, process engineers, lean specialists, data scientists) while building transformation capabilities across the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes; support integration with systems like ERP, MES, or data platforms (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout transformations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership on project status, outcomes, and next steps.
## Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications and Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Data Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role demonstrating tangible financial and operational results.
  • Proven track record leading digital or operational transformation initiatives in industrial settings.
  • Strong background in lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), project management (PMP a plus), and change management.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, EHS, quality systems, and Industry technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities; able to influence without direct authority and work in matrix environments.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics platforms, Power BI).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
