Role:

Safely operate a vehicle to transport patients to and from appointments. Maintain accurate records of transportation, gas usage and resident appointment records. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, adhering to infection control guidelines Collaborate with other departments to resolve transportation-related issues and concerns Prioritize patient safety and well-being, providing exceptional customer service to all individuals being transported

Responsibilities:

Drive van as needed. Ensure all transportation requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, interacting with patients, staff, and visitors. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents to management Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) as required Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland?
