NOW HERE'S YOUR DREAM JOB ARE YOUR OUR TRANPORT MANAGER?

As a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of all outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring "On-Time & In-Full" deliveries across North America.

Your main responsibilities:

Shipment Management :

Plan, book, and track all outbound shipments to ensure complete and timely deliveries. Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments to maintain a smooth material flow.

Logistics Optimization :

Stay up to date with the best transport services in terms of cost-efficiency, continuously optimizing logistics processes.

Documentation & Compliance :

Request, collect, and submit all necessary shipping documents, ensuring compliance with transportation and customs regulations.

Sales Support :

Inform the sales team about shipping costs and relevant regulations (import/export), and provide feedback on actual transport costs to align pricing.

Financial Oversight :

Monitor pricing and invoices from transport and courier services, manage data entry, and maintain contracts.

Process Improvement :

Actively contribute to developing and implementing more efficient logistics and production processes with a continuous improvement mindset.

Customer Service :

Handle damages, complaints, and resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Collaboration :

Work closely with the warehouse team on packaging methods and transport options to optimize delivery outcomes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Experience in a similar logistics or transport coordination role Strong understanding of transportation, customs regulations, and multimodal shipping (air, sea, road, express) Solid IT skills, experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics Navision is a plus) Fluent in English; French is strongly preferred; other languages are a plus Degree in logistics or a related field is an asset Resourceful, assertive, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive, and stress-resistant
