In this role, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for residents to appointments, events, and activities while delivering exceptional customer service and support. We are committed to providing dignified, compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every resident we serve.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for residents traveling to appointments, events, and activities Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, including support with wheelchairs, walkers, and medical equipment Ensure all required transportation documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service Support resident safety and comfort throughout transportation services Receive and respond positively to resident and team feedback
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Current CDL preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a safe and respectful manner
Scheduling:
Regular attendance and punctuality are required Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
