We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking professional, caring Transportation Attendants to support our passengers and drivers during daily transport. Why Join the Lync Team?

5:00 AM•9:59

AM PM:

1:00 PM•6:59 PM Choose AM, PM, or both! What You'll Do Assist students and passengers while entering/exiting the vehicle Ensure all passengers are properly seated and secured Supervise passenger behavior and promote a safe, respectful ride environment Support the driver with attendance tracking, parent communication, and portal alerts Help keep vehicles clean and safe through daily inspections and sanitization Attend professional development trainings and team meetings Maintain positive, professional relationships with families, school staff, and coworkers ✅

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience working with children (preferred) Warm, calm, and professional demeanor Ability to de-escalate situations and follow safety protocols Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with First Aid/CPR (training required after hire)
