Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe objective is to ensure all transportation-related damages are reviewed, validated, filed, escalated, and reconciled in accordance with MBUSA Transportation Damage Claims Policy and applicable carrier agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit claims to carriers and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Manage disputed claims and work toward resolution consistent with policy and contractual obligations.
• Reconcile payments from carriers, confirming receipt, accuracy, and financial alignment.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper documentation and reimbursement
• Produce reporting and track KPI'sQualifications
• Education level High School/Associates
• 3+ Years of experience in relevant field
• Excel Advanced. Outlook Advanced, Word Advanced
• Self Starter, able to work independently, proactive.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policy requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates in accounting
• Experience in similar industry, tools, or environments
