This role will be responsible for providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Communication:

Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism.

Data Entry:

Input and maintain accurate information in databases. Responsible for scheduling deliveries and managing communications with drivers.

Customer Service:

Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.

General Clerical Support:

Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience in transportation preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detailed oriented and organized. Ability to multi-task. Excellent attention to detail. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Computer and email proficiency preferred. Basic experience with receiving.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position has a starting pay rate of $32.00-$37.00/hour.
