As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating driver schedules and supporting the logistics of outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation schedules to optimize fleet utilization (lbs/trip, stops/trip, and route efficiency)
Dispatch drivers and communicate delivery expectations, route changes, and customer requirements
Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status to internal teams and customers
Maintain and update transportation data within Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Assist with KPI tracking and reporting on transportation performance and expenses
Support resolution of delivery issues, delays, and service concerns with customers and suppliers
Coordinate efficient truck loading and unloading to align with operational standards
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all transportation and logistics activities
Utilize SAP tools to help improve on-time delivery (OTD) performance
All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
1 plus year of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
Basic knowledge of
DOT/FMCSA
regulations Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentWage:
$28.90 - $43.34 hourly. A starting hourly wage higher than $28.90 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
