About Us Class Leasing, LLC is a leading provider of modular and temporary DSA‑approved buildings throughout California. With an integrated manufacturing operation, we support customer timelines through efficient production and coordinated transportation of oversize modular units. Role The Transportation Dispatcher coordinates the movement of oversize modular classroom units by scheduling and dispatching CDL Class A drivers and fleet resources. This role supports daily transportation operations, ensures timely and safe deliveries, maintains accurate documentation, and serves as a communication link between drivers, project teams, and management. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for transporting oversize loads. Develop and adjust transportation routes to support safe and timely deliveries. Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, routing details, and instructions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing oversize transportation. Coordinate required oversize load permits and clearances with regulatory agencies. Maintain accurate records of permits, schedules, driver information, and transport activities. Monitor transport progress and address delays, route changes, or operational issues. Collaborate with project teams to align transportation activities with project timelines. Provide operational support to drivers and reinforce adherence to safety procedures. Maintain organized transportation documentation and support daily planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in transportation dispatching, preferably with oversize loads. Strong knowledge of oversize load regulations and permitting requirements. Proficiency with transportation management systems or tracking tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under time‑sensitive conditions. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret transportation plans, maps, and routing documents.
