Transportation Driver and Scheduler

Responsibilities Safely operate buses, commercial vehicles, and specialized transportation equipment in accordance with all traffic laws and safety regulations Schedule daily routes efficiently while adapting to changing needs and ensuring on-time service delivery Communicate clearly with passengers, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and route adjustments Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing support for children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities as needed Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain mechanical safety standards and report any issues promptly Maintain accurate logs of trips, schedules, and vehicle maintenance records Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries professionally and courteously Skills Proven experience in driving or commercial driving roles with a strong focus on safety and reliability Knowledge of senior care transportation is highly desirable Strong organizational skills for scheduling routes efficiently and managing assignments Compassionate attitude with experience working with individuals requiring special assistance Ability to handle behavior management situations calmly and effectively in a variety of settings Writing skills for maintaining accurate logs and documentation related to trips and vehicle maintenance Join us in delivering dependable transportation solutions that connect communities while fostering a safe, respectful environment. Pay:
