This position plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient flight operations by assisting with aircraft loading, baggage handling, cargo operations, and ground support activities. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, being part of a team, and working around aircraft in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and aircraft supplies Marshal, park, and assist aircraft during arrivals and departures Operate ground support equipment and company vehicles as authorized Assist with aircraft fueling and servicing as required Ensure aircraft, ramps, and operational areas remain clean and organized Secure and properly handle cargo, baggage, and company equipment Assist passengers with baggage and provide excellent customer service Perform routine facility and grounds maintenance duties Follow company safety procedures and airport security requirements Communicate effectively with pilots, dispatchers, maintenance personnel, and fellow team members Support charter, cargo, and passenger flight operations as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying Alaska weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Aviation, warehouse, cargo handling, equipment operation, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Safely lift, move, load, and unload baggage, cargo, mail, and freight, including items weighing up to 70 pounds Accept and process cargo shipments, verify documentation and shipment information, and ensure cargo is properly prepared, handled, and loaded in accordance with company procedures What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Unique experience working in Alaska aviation Supportive team environment Every day is different Opportunity to work around a variety of aircraft and flight operations Internal pilot development opportunities for qualified employees interested in pursuing a professional flying career
