Be the First Impression of an Epic Scenic Journey Sedona Air Tours delivers unforgettable aerial experiences across Northern Arizona's most iconic landscapes. From red rock formations to sacred canyon views, we combine safety, professionalism, and exceptional service to create elevated guest experiences. We're seeking a reliable, personable, and motivated Hangar Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that every guest interaction matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work while also excelling in customer service and sales.
OVERVIEW
This is a dynamic, guest-facing role that blends ground operations, hospitality, and transportation support. You will be one of the first and last team members our guests interact with — setting the tone for a premium experience. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to confidently assist guests with booking questions, upgrades, and on-site sales opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Sales Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Provide clear tour information and answer questions confidently Assist with reservations, schedule adjustments, and payment processing Identify opportunities for tour upgrades and add-ons Deliver a high-touch customer service experience that reflects our premium brand Shuttle Driving & Transportation Safely operate company shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional shuttle environment Ensure timely arrivals and departures while prioritizing guest safety Ground & Hangar Operations Assist with daily hangar operations and aircraft staging Safely guide and marshal aircraft Load and unload passenger luggage with care and professionalism Perform basic cleaning and maintenance support of aircraft and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas Support flight crews with ground operations Follow all FAA regulations and company safety protocols Qualifications Must be 25 years or older Clean driving record required (shuttle driving is a core responsibility) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with guests and assisting with sales conversations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous aviation, hospitality, transportation, or sales experience is a plus (training provided) Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Weekends and holidays may be required $18 per hour Why Join Sedona Air Tours?
