Duties Conduct comprehensive security screenings of passengers, staff, and visitors using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections. Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity or security threats across the airport premises. Manage access control points by verifying identification and authorizations for personnel and visitors. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance to individuals in distress. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior and reporting findings according to protocol. Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incident reports, shift logs, and CCTV footage reviews to ensure accountability and compliance. Skills Strong knowledge of security procedures, CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence through conflict management skills. Experience or training in law enforcement or military disciplines is highly advantageous. Certified in first aid and CPR to provide emergency medical assistance when required. Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV monitoring and access control technologies. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public.
