Responsibilities:
How will you make an impact? Responsibilities Responsible for directing and coordinating day-to-day activities for employee equipment rooms and supplies Manage and disciple based on standard procedures for employees overseeing on daily shift Provide leadership and motivation to their team Responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of safety, security and customer service in accordance with Company policies and procedures Analyzes records and reports and is responsible for meeting performance targets which may include departure dependability, baggage handling, security procedures, and customer service/ employee engagement Confers with lead agents and other staff on needed items Evaluates current procedures for accomplishing department objectives in order to develop and implement improved procedures Ensures overall departmental compliance as well as compliance of personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules and any Company or government regulations Maintains the departmental budget, participates on operational conference calls, station audits and prepares various reports Strong organizational and decision-making skills are necessary Ability to think strategically and adapt to the changing needs of the business is critical Must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated

Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 High school diploma or GED equivalent College coursework or college degree preferred Valid state driver's license Previous work experience in an airline or airport capacity such as sales and operational phases of an airline, ground handling or airport management Proven leadership and analytical skills Previous working experience in a team lead, supervisory or managerial role Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Possess the legal right to work in the United States Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Proven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers preferred Willing and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and days off as needed Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
