About the Role We are seeking a professional, confident, and highly organized Lounge Supervisor to join our leadership team. This individual will represent The Club ATL with ultimate professionalism , lead by example, and ensure that both guests and team members experience the very best of hospitality. As a Lounge Supervisor, you will be the go-to leader on duty — handling guest concerns, coordinating staff, ensuring operational excellence, and communicating with airport partners and internal management. You'll embody calm leadership, polished communication, and the ability to make quick, smart decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily lounge operations, ensuring all standards are met or exceeded Present yourself with confidence, professionalism, and warmth in all guest and partner interactions Represent The Club ATL in all communications with airport officials, vendors, and management partners Resolve guest concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention Coordinate staff assignments, breaks, and schedules to maintain seamless service flow Oversee lounge cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere, maintaining luxury standards Support team development by leading with integrity, enthusiasm, and accountability Assist in inventory management Ensure compliance with company, airport, and health & safety regulations Perform concierge, bartender, and hospitality ambassador duties when needed Complete administrative and operational reports accurately and on time Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Professional and poised — able to represent the brand and team with confidence Calm under pressure — excels in busy, high-traffic environments A true leader — inspires others through example, communication, and consistency Detail-oriented and organized — ensures every aspect of the lounge meets standards Guest-focused — sees every situation as an opportunity to elevate the guest experience Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, airline, or high-volume customer service setting required Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation required (parking provided) Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with grooming standards: No facial piercings No unnatural nail, makeup, or hair colors Polished and professional attire and demeanor at all times
