Full Time Pay Rate:
$19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local authorities and/or site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy violations. Support crowd management, traffic flow, and general public assistance during routine operations, delays, and/or emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
