About the Position We are seeking a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow of the Seattle team. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who balances the needs of the customer, organization and the workgroup. This leader will guide, train, counsel, and coach team members, while serving as a link between the team and upper management. The qualified candidate will ensure all team members follow the TSA standards and directives, airport and airline specifications and processes, and Company policies and procedures. The goal is to ensure the operation functions in a welcoming environment while maintaining productivity, profitability and sustainable growth.
Pay and Benefits Salary Range:
$53,600

  • pay over time through payroll deduction Essential Job Functions Maintain established processes that support TSA standards, and directives, along with airport and airline security processes and regulations Create a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment Ensure compliance with all Company standard operating procedures, and relevant HR policies and procedures Responsible for directly supervising hourly employees; provide training and feedback, including accolades, constructive guidance, and coaching Oversee employee scheduling and productivity Conduct daily work group meetings, performance feedback and training Motivate and collaborate with the operations team to achieve financial, employee and customer goals Support and ensure compliance with all safety initiatives Compile data for security incident statistics and document discrepancies Maintain a high profile airline customer and TSA contact Responsible for administration of company policies, payroll, benefits, and attendance Perform other job-related duties as assigned Position Requirements Bachelor Degree or equivalent supervisory work experience Security, food safety requirements and or airline catering experience a plus Must pass fingerprinting and SIDA badge screening (includes a 10 year criminal history check), and clear FBI Name list comparisons Must pass pre-employment drug screen Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written through all levels of an internal or external organization Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate multi-cultural work force toward sustained quality and productivity improvement strategy Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, etc.
