Responsibilities + Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft + Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner + Escort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteously + Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area + This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions + Service aircraft as needed + Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements + 18 years of age or older + Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license + Have a high school diploma or GED + Pass a background check and drug screening + Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship + Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing + Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation + Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills + This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays + This is a part-time position, starting at $14.50 per hour Physical and Other Requirements + This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position Please complete the online application.
