From our Contact Center to customer analytics, insights, innovation, and everything in between, the Customer Experience team delivers outstanding service and helps us to run a more customer-centric and dependable airline. This position will require a flexible schedule and significant travel. Job overview and responsibilities This position will provide day-to-day administrative execution on initiatives for the Consistency and Standard Leads team, building presentations, supporting the Senior Manager and Assistant Managers, and communicating initiatives to the frontline resources. The Supervisor will be the administrative support to the team of frontline employees, coordinating with local stations, and ensuring that team travel and work is scheduled according to Company policy. Schedules and coordinates work and travel of teams for weekly station visits Completes administrative work associated with the frontline employees Analyzes station findings to build presentations for Assistant Managers to present to station leadership Supports Senior Manager and Assistant Managers in any team initiatives Qualifications What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of Airport Operations experience Experience with cross-divisional team coordination Understanding of Airport Operations Excellent communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to travel up to 40% Computer skills including Microsoft Teams and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): First-hand experience with ramp service and customer service Experience in a union environment Understanding of ramp service and customer service practices Strong presentation skills The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
