In this leadership role, you will support daily foodservice operations, assist with team development, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium airport lounge environment.

Leadership & Team Support:
Assist management in overseeing daily foodservice operations Coordinate and assign work activities for team members Support employee orientation, training, coaching, and development Monitor employee productivity and service standards Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment Provide direction and support to employees during daily operations Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and operational priorities Guest Service Excellence:
Help ensure an exceptional guest experience through premium hospitality standards Respond to guest concerns professionally and appropriately Support quality assurance initiatives related to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service Work collaboratively with management to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Safety, Compliance & Food Quality:
Follow and support compliance with all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements Participate in required food safety, allergy awareness, and operational training Report accidents, injuries, hazards, and incidents promptly Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and hazard assessments Additional Duties:
Perform operational and supervisory responsibilities as assigned Serve as a working supervisor and assist with daily foodservice functions when needed Support management with opening, closing, and routine operational procedures Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred At least one (2-3) year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in hospitality, foodservice, culinary operations, restaurants, hotels, airline lounges, catering, or related environments preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate staff and resources in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively direct, coach, and support team members Basic computer proficiency Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury hospitality, airline lounges, hotels, fine dining, country clubs, or upscale foodservice environments Foodservice, culinary, or hospitality leadership experience Experience working in high-volume customer service environments Security & Employment Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings Must be able to obtain and maintain all required airport security credentials and badges Must successfully complete all applicable airport, airline, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screening requirements as permitted by law Physical Requirements:
