Duty-Free Retail Supervisor Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborates with the General Manager to boost sales and minimize losses
• Demonstrates expertise in luxury product knowledge and visual merchandising
• Assists in recruiting and training staff, contributing to future leadership plans
• Exhibits strong leadership by effectively organizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and resolving problems effectively
• Provides ongoing support for staff and ensure consistent customer service
• Handles administrative tasks and conduct regular operational audits
• Conducts daily store inspections and support the General Manager when needed
