Ground Ramp Service Agent

Job Description Join Alaska Airlines as a Ground Ramp Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading baggage, guiding aircraft to and from the gate, and performing safety checks. You will also assist with the operation of ground support equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft. Guide aircraft to and from the gate. Perform safety checks on ground support equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist with the operation of ground support equipment. Provide excellent customer service to passengers. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations. Report any safety concerns to management.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs). Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
