Position Summary We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Wheelchair Agents to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe and courteous wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, work well in fast-paced environments, and understand the importance of professionalism, patience, and reliability in airport operations. Key Responsibilities Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport Safely transport passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and other airport locations Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times Assist passengers with luggage when appropriate Communicate effectively with airline staff, supervisors, and fellow team members Follow all airport safety procedures and company policies Ensure passengers are assisted in a timely and respectful manner Maintain awareness of flight schedules and gate changes to support on-time operations Qualifications Must be able to speak and understand English Portuguese and/or Cape Verdean Creole language skills are a plus Previous customer service, airport, or wheelchair assistance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to push wheelchairs safely for extended periods throughout the airport Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Open availability is required for this position, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts Why Join Us?
